  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product received is defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with original packaging.
  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval of the return request.

If approved:

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  1. EXCHANGE POLICY

If a wrong or damaged product is received, we may offer:

  • Exchange with a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
